Backlit and double-sided printing
With the double-sided printing feature, you can create backlit applications in which both sides are printed — one with the image and the other with the same image flipped (reversed) to achieve exact registration. This feature is important for signs that are exposed to different light conditions during the day and night. You can also create double-sided applications in which different images are printed on each side of blockout material for hanging in a manner that allows viewing from both sides.

Eight dedicated ink colors
HP Scitex XL300 Supreme inks offer an extended color gamut, deliver a smooth appearance, and dry completely, even in heavily loaded, double-sided blockouts. A special dark/light ink reservoir structure enables enhanced image quality through minimum graininess, maximum natural color, and highly accurate registration.
