Military Waterproofing Specs Help Atriums Stand Up To The Harshest Environment On Earth: THE WAR ZONE!

The Desert Dawgs of the 320th Expeditionary Aerial Port Squadron had a set of Atrium All Weather Loudspeakers in their HQ in the desert of Oman during the war.

Pictured, L to R: Senior Airman Noel Katigbak, Airman First Class Dorothy English and Technical Sargeant Troy Dion, the troublemaker who wired the compound for sound.

"This desert was the ultimate test of a speaker's weatherproofing, and the Atriums soldiered through sand, heat and wind," says Troy. "And so did we."

The 320th is now home safe. We salute you guys!
