The Transport TX28 is built to deliver superior feature set and price performance for medium database, groupware and rich media applications. It leverages AMD's 64-bit Operton™ processor architecture and HyperTransport™ technology to provide high computational power and optimal memory and I/O bandwidth. Combined with the implementation of gigabit Ethernet and Ultra 320 SCSI storage controller on 64-bit PCI-X bus, this Transport TX28 enables a balanced server systems with no bottleneck in the data path.
