MICRO-COMPONENTS PROVIDE BIG SOUND
Yamaha's PianoCraft MCR-E150 micro-component-styled system comes in two finishes, the MCR-E150SL in silver (shown) and the MCR-E150GL in gold. The three-piece system consists of a central console containing the receiver and slide-loading single disc CD player plus a pair of speakers.

VERSATILE RECEIVER/CD PLAYER
Small in size and elegant in design, the CRX-E150 does not skimp on performance. It provides 25 watts per channel to the speakers. Reflecting its audiophile heritage, the receiver features Yamaha's high dynamic power, low impedance drive capability and linear damping circuit. The CD player also handles CD Text and can read CD-Rs and CD-R/Ws.

LOW IMPEDANCE DRIVE CAPABILITY AND IMPEDANCE SWITCHING
Yamaha's famed low impedance drive circuitry is included in this receiver so that it can handle virtually all loads and a wide variety of speakers.

LINEAR DAMPING FACTOR CIRCUIT
The advantage of full range, 20 to 20,000 Hz, damping is that it improves the definition and resolution of the sound output throughout the audible frequency range.

40-STATION DIRECT ACCESS PRESET TUNING
Up to 40 preset AM and FM stations can be grouped in five groups eight stations. These groupings make it easy for family members to easily access their favorite stations or to have musical genres, such as all the jazz stations, grouped together.

PROGRAM TIMER
Timer control capability provides a clock, sleep timer, and program timer.

NX-E100 TWO-WAY SPEAKERS
A pair of NX-E100 two-way speakers complete the system. Each speaker incorporates a 4-1/2" cone woofer and 1" dome tweeter. The cabinets feature a high-gloss black piano finish.

REMOTE CONTROL
The new full-featured remote control has a handsome black finish.
