The diagonal 14.1" high-definition BrightView widescreen lets you view 4% more on your screen than the 14" display, and the 16:10 aspect ratio easily positions two pages side by side. Intel's Graphics Media Accelerator 950 integrated graphics card provides excellent visual quality, versatile display options, and realistic 3-D, minus the cost of a discrete graphics card. The integrated Altec Lansing speakers supply high-quality audio; you adjust the volume by swiping your finger across a strip on the keyboard. The dv2000t comes with two stereo headphone jacks, one of which is S/PDIF capable, enabling connection to your surround sound audio system for pure digital audio. The HP Pavilion dv2000t features the latest version of HP QuickPlay 3.0 for starting DVDs and MP3 files in seconds, as well as providing full-time access to your photo collection. An included remote control, which can be stored in the ExpressCard slot, lets you control QuickPlay from up to 10 feet. Transfer photos from your camera to the dv2000t via the 5-in-1 digital media card reader, then edit, print, organize, share, and store. If you select a SuperMulti DVD±RW/R drive, you can turn your pictures into movies with muvee autoProducer, or edit video and create CDs and DVDs with Sonic MyDVD. Go a step further by choosing the LightScribe option (now 33 percent faster) on the SuperMulti DVD+/RW/R drive to laser-etch labels on your discs.

Easy connections
Use the HP xb3000 Notebook Expansion Base (sold separately) to easily connect the dv2000t to your peripherals, including a monitor, for a true desktop experience. Other ports include three USB 2.0, 1 ExpressCard/54 slot, 1 RJ-11, 1 RJ-45, IEEE 1394 FireWire, S-Video, and consumer IR. For wireless connections, the dv2000t provides integrated 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN and optional Bluetooth technology.
