Voices
8 instrument voices to choose from: Piano, Electric Piano, Harpsichord, Vibes, Strings, Brass, Pipe Organ or Bass to match the mood of your music. Harpsichord and Pipe Organ are perfect for Bach. The mellow sounds of Electric Piano or Vibes are ideal for laidback jazz. And lush Strings and Brass voices are just right for modern orchestral type music.

Headphone Jack
Headphone jack lets you play all night long! Want to practice until late, but worried about annoying the neighbors? No problem. Just plug a set of headphones in and play away. Built-In Metronome
Stay in time with the built-in metronome. To help develop good time, there's even a built-in metronome. Just press the Metronome button once to start, and a second time to stop. Tempo buttons adjust the tempo.

Built-In Digital Performance Memory
Explore the performance possibilities of this personal piano. Wouldn't it be nice to have a tape recorder permanently set up so you could quickly and easily check out your playing? Or maybe play along with a piece you already recorded? Well the YPP50 makes it pushbutton simple. Just press the REC button in the Performance Memory Section, and play a piece of music. Then press the PLAY button to listen to it. If you like, you can play along, and even use a different instrument voice.

Bass Split for Ensemble Style Playing
Press the Bass voice button and any other instrument button at the same time. Then try playing a little melody. Notice how the left-hand parts all use the Bass voice, while the right-hand parts use the other voice you chose? The YPP50 lets you select any of the voices to go with the Bass voice, allowing you to play bass accompaniments to your melody lines.
