* Built-in Song Recorder
* 25W x 2 (50W total) stereo speaker system
* Key-Cover, 3 pedals, headphone hook
* Compact body, beautiful cabinet

Rich and Resonant Sound
The RP-101 boasts a stereo-sampled sound generator which produces extremely realistic sound, reproducing even the finest details, including the subtle click sound of the hammers striking the strings. The sound is boosted through a powerful 25W x 2 amplifier, big enough to fill your whole room.

Express Yourself With Total Freedom
The RP-101's new 88-key Progressive Hammer Action "PHA alpha II" keyboard gives you the authentic feel of an acoustic grand, with a weightier touch in the lower registers and a lighter touch in the higher registers. Thus you can express yourself with total freedom and complete naturalness. And pedal positions are detected smoothly, causing the sound to be shaped in direct response to the depth to which a pedal is pushed. Which means you can express yourself naturally, and very subtly, in pedaling too, creating just the sound you want.

Built-in Practice And Lesson Features
To help you practice, the RP-101 comes with a built-in recorder function, with which you can record your own performances and then play them back to see how you're doing. You can also record your teacher's performance, and listen to it as often as you want. In addition, there are 65 Internal Songs onboard that you can listen to, or play along with for even more musical fun. And a built-in metronome function helps you keep time.

Another Big Lesson Feature: Twin Piano Mode
Twin Piano Mode enables you to split the keyboard into two parts, each of which covers the same octaves, and also to split the pedals too. So you can play side-by-side with a duet partner or with your teacher. Playing together with your teacher, of course, is one way you can really speed your learning progress.

Newly Designed Cabinet
The new cabinet is elegantly designed and crafted, and very space-efficient, enabling the RP-101 to be placed anywhere. The cabinet comes with a smooth-sliding key-cover that stores inside the instrument, and also with a handy headphone hook.
