Introducing the Tiger K8SSA (S3870), a compact 2P server board designed for flexibility and cost-efficiency in server environments. Using the Broadcom/ServerWorks core-logic (BCM5785/HT-1000) for support of Dual AMD Opteron processors and a number of other features, the Tiger K8SSA also delivers PCI-X (133/100MHz) support (2) Gigabit Ethernet ports, built-in XGI Volari Z7 16MB graphics, and even supports optional low-profile TARO™ storage add-on cards for additional SAS or SATA-II support. With all of this integrated into a standard ATX form factor, the Tiger K8SSA (S3870) is an excellent offering to meet your rackmount and pedestal system requirements.
