The new GM-P421UG is a high-performance 42-inch plasma display panel boasting performance capability for critical viewing applications. GM-P421UG comes in a silver cabinet and is FCC Class B certified (for residential use). The new high-performance GM-P421UG features completely ?fan-less? design for quiet operation, improved signal processing, reduced weight and power consumption. Thanks to JVC signal processing this PDP outperforms any other 42-inch plasma in its league. Other enhancements are low power consumption, long panel life and several image burn-in prevention techniques, making it especially suitable for information or command and control applications.

The 42" flat plasma display monitor that delivers a bright, high contrast picture with a wide viewing angle (160 degrees) shall be a JVC model GM-P421U or equivalent. The monitor shall feature a 42" display that provides superb bright pictures of 330 cd/m2 (set) and contrast ratio of 1,500:1. Other features shall include RS-232C interface, S-VGA/XGA compatibility, reduced power consumption (which eliminates a cooling fan and noise), speaker out terminal, remote control, and EMC Class B compatibility. The monitors shall be wall / ceiling mountable using one of four optional mount units. The power source shall be 120 V AC, 50/60 Hz. The dimensions shall not exceed 25-1/4" H x 40-3/4" W x 3-5/8" D with 71.1 lbs. of weight. The unit shall be UL listed.
