Hitachi F-2500 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer

The F-2500 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer has been designed to include software and performance features that address the widest range of fluorescence applications with scan speeds of up to 3000 nm/min, resolution of 2.5 nm and comprehensive data processing functions for photometry, wavelength scanning and time scanning. Applications include life sciences, biotechnology, quality control, education, new materials and other basic scientific researches.

Features

* Delivers excellent sensitivity two times higher than the conventional model. (S/N Ratio: 450 or better)
* Incorporates a multi-step slit of 2.5 to 20 nm, making it applicable to a variety of samples
* PC control using FL Solutions® software featuring versatile quantitative analysis functions, data export function into Excel, and print preview function
* Sophisticated electronics make it easy to find out the quantitative determination of a sample (of unknown concentration) by preparing a linear calibration curve in a concentration range on the order of approx. six digits
* True spectra measurable without an instrumental response (Spectral correction) OPTIONAL
* Easy to control with a mouse in an icon-based operating environment.
* Horizontal beams permit measuring a trace amount of sample
