Sony DXC990P Type DSP 3CCD Color Video Camera

Featuring Sony's Exwave HAD technology that greatly improves camera Sensitivity, compared to previous CCD technologies, the company's DXC-990P 1/2 Type DSP 3CCD Color Video Camera is ideal for remote camera applications (sports shooting, houses of worship, boardrooms), and microscopy. The DXC-990P Uses a bayonet mount lens and provides a resolution of 850 TVL and a high S/N ratio of 62 dB.

Features:

1/2 type 3 CCD color video camera with Exwave HAD Technology: Provides images with high picture quality and color accuracy.

High Sensitivity: (F11 @ 2000 Lux)/Low smear levels

High S/N Ratio: 63 dB (NTSC)/62 dB (PAL); produces broadcast-level images with low noise.

Compact and lightweight: Dimensions -- 70 (W) x 72 (H) x 123.5 (D) mm; weight -- Approx. 800 g.

Bayonet Mount: Offers choice of many available lenses and allows for synchronization of eye piece focus to camera image.

RS-232C Interface: Allows for easy control and operation of camera by external computer.

Color Shading Compensation: Allows for verification of color on monitor, useful in microscopy.

Dynalatitude: Unique feature function for managing contrast of each pixel according to a histogram of video signal level distribution.

Dynamic Contrast Control Plus (DCC+): Innovative DSP technology virtually eliminates hue factor distortion and suitable for knee correction.

Black Stretch: Emphasizes contrast in dark area while black compression enhances or deepens darkness.

Partial Enhance: Allows a particular color to be selected and its hue, saturation and detail altered.

Strobe Trigger Function: Realizes full vertical resolution of fast moving objects.

RGB, Y/C and Y/R-Y/B-Y and composite outputs.
