The Toshiba SD-P2800 Portable DVD player is DivX® Home Theater Certified and allows playback of DivX, AVI and MPEG4 (.ASF) compressed files downloaded fromthe internet from a personal computer and stored on a CD-R/RW.

In Plane Switching (IPS), the SD-P2800 overcomes the viewing angle disadvantages that are common with TFT LCD displays by providing a 170-degree viewing angle, either horizontally or vertically. Convenient Audio/Video Input and Output are perfect for connection to an external monitor or using the SD-P2800 screen and speakers as the display device. The built-in 4-In-1 Card Slot accepts Secure Digital™, Memory Stick™, XD Picture Card™, and MultimediaCard™. The convenient JPEG Viewer enables a user to display digital photographs on the LCD screen or a television set in the JPEG digital format.
